Medicine Tracker With Stock Count and Refill Alerts

The short answer

mydawAI is a medicine tracker with a built-in stock count: every time you tap Taken on a WhatsApp reminder, one dose comes off your count. When a medicine runs low, mydawAI warns you and, with auto-refill on, asks you before ordering from your local pharmacy.

Is there a medicine tracker that counts how many tablets are left?

Yes. mydawAI keeps a stock count for each medicine and lowers it every time you tap Taken. You always know how many doses are left, and you are warned before you run out.

Running out is one of the most common reasons people miss medicines. The strip is empty on a Sunday night, the chemist is closed, and a dose is skipped. A tracker that counts as you go stops that from happening.

How does the mydawAI stock count work?

You enter how much you have, and each Taken tap reduces it.

  1. Add a medicine in mydawAI, from a prescription photo, voice note or typing.
  2. Enter how many tablets or doses you have at home.
  3. Set a low-stock level, the point at which you want a warning.
  4. Each time you tap Taken on the WhatsApp reminder, one dose comes off.
  5. When the count reaches your low-stock level, the medicine shows as running low.

When you buy more, update the count and the tracker carries on.

What happens when stock gets low?

You see it on the mydawAI dashboard, and with auto-refill on, Chintu asks you on WhatsApp whether to reorder. Only after you tap Yes does mydawAI send the order, with your prescription, to your own local pharmacy on their WhatsApp. Tap "Not now" and nothing is sent.

mydawAI asks only once per low-stock stretch, so you are not pestered. You arrange payment and pickup directly with the pharmacy. More in auto-refill medicines so you never run out.

Does it track doses taken as well as stock?

Yes. mydawAI records every Taken tap, so it is both a stock tracker and a dose tracker. You can see how each week went, which doses were taken and which were missed. Chintu can tell you too: ask "how did I do this week?" on WhatsApp or by voice in the web app.

A dose can be marked taken from 30 minutes before its time and only on its own day, so the record stays honest.

Can I track stock for my whole family?

Yes. Every person in your mydawAI Care Circle has their own medicines and their own stock count. Their counts drop when they tap Taken on their own WhatsApp reminders, so you can see when your father's BP medicine is low even if you live in another city.

Why not just track stock in a notebook or spreadsheet?

Because a manual tracker depends on you updating it after every dose. Most people stop after a week. mydawAI updates itself from the Taken tap you are already making.

Which medicines benefit most from stock tracking?

Long-term daily medicines, where running out is easy and a gap matters. Common examples are medicines for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid and cholesterol, which doctors often prescribe for months or years. Weekly medicines benefit too, because a weekly strip lasts a long time and is easy to forget about. See once-a-day medicine reminders.

Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice on how long to keep taking a medicine. A tracker helps you stay supplied; it does not decide when to stop.

Is my medicine data private?

Yes. mydawAI encrypts medicine data at rest with AES-256 and hosts it on AWS in Mumbai. Uploaded prescriptions are encrypted before storage, and data is never sold or used for ads.
