What mydawAI is

mydawAI sends medicine reminders on WhatsApp and lets you keep a medicine schedule for yourself and family members you care for. Our assistant, Chintu, can tell you what is on your schedule and when it is due.

What mydawAI is not

mydawAI is not a doctor, pharmacist or medical device, and Chintu does not give medical advice. It will not tell you whether a medicine will help, whether to take more or less, or anything about side effects or interactions. Always follow your doctor’s instructions and contact your doctor or emergency services for anything urgent. A reminder is a convenience, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for taking your medicines as prescribed.

Your account

  • You must be an adult and give accurate information.
  • If you add a family member, you confirm you have their permission to share their phone number and medicine details with us and to have reminders sent to them.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Messaging

By adding a WhatsApp number and opting in, you agree to receive reminders and service messages there. You can opt out at any time in Settings. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and your network and may occasionally fail or be delayed.

Acceptable use

Do not use mydawAI to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, to store information about people without their consent, or to interfere with the service.

Fees

mydawAI is free during the beta. We will tell you before anything changes.

Liability

We provide the service as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or delayed reminders, or for decisions made based on information from the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using mydawAI at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
