How much does mydawAI cost?

Nothing while mydawAI is in beta. You sign up with your name, email, WhatsApp number and a password. There is no card step, no free trial that turns into a bill, and no plan to pick.

What is included for free?

Everything mydawAI does today.

WhatsApp reminders with a single Taken button for every dose.
Setup from a prescription photo or PDF, a voice note in English or Hindi, or typing.
Unlimited family members in your Care Circle, each with reminders on their own WhatsApp after they agree.
Missed-dose follow-ups and caretaker alerts.

Are there limits on the free plan?

A few sensible ones, the same for everyone. Chats with Chintu have a daily limit per person during beta. Reminders are not limited by that cap. Pharmacy orders go out between 9 AM and 6 PM, and each pharmacy number has a daily order limit so chemists are not flooded.

Do I pay for the WhatsApp messages?

No. mydawAI pays for the reminder messages it sends you. You only use your normal internet data to receive them, like any other WhatsApp message.

Do I pay for the medicines through mydawAI?

No. mydawAI does not sell medicines. When a refill goes to your chemist, you pay the chemist directly in whatever way you usually do.
